For as long as I can remember, I have always loved keeping my body in motion – as a kid, I practised both gymnastics and dance, and although I was fully committed to both disciplines I quit when I was 12. I never lost the love for moving my body; I just had to find a way to do so in a controlled and graceful way. When I discovered yoga, I fell in love with it immediately.
Vinyasa Flow quickly became my favourite style, due to its dynamic, energetic, and creative sequences. Once I started I couldn’t stop, so after countless hours of practising, I decided to join a 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga teaching programme. In the summer of 2016, I passed, which meant that I was now not only able to, but also certified to share the beauty of yoga with the rest of the world! I started teaching immediately, and I haven’t looked back since.
In my Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes I always have the intention to connect synchronized and purposeful movements with conscious breathing. By creating a constant element of flow, our bodies maintain a circular wave throughout the entire session.
