Throughout my life I’ve always been passionate about movement, no matter
what sports or activity it was. When I came in contact with yoga I fell
in love with the aspect of moving with an increased awareness. In my
classes I try to reflect that, by connecting the breath to movement and
focusing on creating a meditative element within the practice.
Furthermore, I like to combine this with an active and challenging
practice. Generally my classes could be typified as powerful, dynamic
and mostly playful
