Marit is fascinated with how moving with the body creates serenity of
the mind, and her classes are characterized by a vigorous flow aimed at
revealing the strength and resilience of both body and mind. In addition
to a strong background in yoga, she finds inspiration in great movement
artists like Ido Portal and Martha Graham, as well as from exercise
science and the importance of keeping our playfulness alive. Marit is
also soon to be a physiotherapist, and has a keen eye for anatomy and
adjustments making the practice accessible and beneficial to all
students.
Her main objective is too give you a practice that makes you smile and
sweat and leave a little stronger than when you walked in.
