Francesca Lyon

My yoga journey started 10 years ago and since then I have found that it has completely changed my life. My classes are focused on uniting your breath and movement in order to unite the mind and body. My classes are also focused on leaving you feeling balanced, restored and energized, and always a little bit more in touch with yourself and your mind. I believe in your yoga mat being a place to practice compassion to yourself, and that its a place to learn to be ok with where we are in life and who we are.
