Eva Heijnen is a yogi and actress. She studied acting at ARTEZ
TONEELSCHOOL Arnhem. Summer of 2018 she graduated the 200h Vinyasa
Teacher Training at DE NIEUWE YOGA SCHOOL, Amsterdam. Eva also danced a
lot when she was younger, therefore her yoga flow sometimes feels like
dancing.
“For me, there’s a lot of resemblance between yoga and acting. Both
of them give me the freedom to really focus on the here and now. You
could say yoga is my catharsis”
