Yoga is my passion and I have been practicing it for more than 12 years. I’ve often experienced that Yoga and meditation can prevent and dissolve physical issues as well as stress and anxiety. This is knowledge that I want to share with others. Share the way Yoga teaches you to relax your body and mind and create balance in your daily life. I’ve completed several teacher trainings in India and the Netherlands. My aim is to keep my classes fresh and light and reserve some space for fun.
