She started with hard-core Power Yoga but since then her practice has take another turn. She is experiencing with Yin or Ying-Yang. She likes to feel and experience every move she make… it doesn’t matter if it is good or bad. She thinks meditation is key, just sitting down and feel the air travels through her body… She also loves to dance!
