My busy corporate job forced me to look for a way to take time for
myself to breath and de-stress. This is why I initially started to
practice yoga. After my first yoga class I was sold and forever hooked
to the recharged feeling afterwards. As a sport fanatic I have practiced
many sports at different levels, but yoga is taking movement to another
level for me by combining the physical and mental aspect with a strong
focus on breathing. I want nothing more than to let other people
experience a great yoga practice as well.
My yoga practice is focused on Vinyasa Flow – a strong and dynamic way
of moving from one pose to the other. I love to incorporate strength and
challenging inversions/balancing poses. But the most important thing is
to have fun and leave the class with some new energy!
