Brenda’s first encounter with yoga was when she was 18. She was mainly interested in the physical part of the practice, but little by little she became more conscious on the effects and benefits yoga had on her mind and body. Was during a trip to India and Nepal when it became clear what yoga mentally did for her being this the moment she dove into the yoga world.
During her stay at Sivananda ashram in the south of India, it became more than clear that a teaching training will be her next step. Brenda completed her 200hr Hatha Vinyasa TT in Bali and is now completely immersing herself in the world of yoga.
