Bouchra Tjon Pon Fong

Bouchra started her professional career as a singer at the age of 17. Being in control of her breathing has always been a major factor in her life, whether through singing, dancing or performing on stage.

In the middle of a burnout she started Vinyasa yoga classes and realized that yoga is a powerful tool to heal stress and anxiety. She decided to turn her life around and to learn more about this powerful healing tool.

Bouchra completed her Yoga Moves Teacher Training Course 300 hrs+ in 2015 in Vinyasa Flow. This knowledge is something she wants to share with others. She believes breath is a powerful tool to heal the body.

After a Vipassana Course in 2016 it deepened her yoga-practice.

Bouchra encourages students to connect with their breath in each movement. She finds it very important to offer a safe space where you can be your true self and true to your own practice wherever you are at that moment.
