The holistic approach of yoga is what I love. It is not only a physical practice, it’s a mind training and it will help us deal with whatever life trows at us. If I could just help others to get a little bit closer to their full potential and feel a bit more happy and content with themselves, I’ve reach my goal. Time for more fun, love and happiness!
After doing yoga here and there for years, being a PE teacher and an ex gymnast, I find my first real teacher in 2009. I discovered Ashtanga via her and fell in love. It helpt me meditate thru movement. That same year I decided to do a Power Yoga Teacher Training and started teaching my students during Surfcamps and PE classes. Eager to keep learning I did my 200hrs Vinyasa Teacher Training and just started my 500 hrs Ashtanga Vinyasa.
