Marina is a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher. She was first introduced to yoga in 2012. Her favorite styles are Vinyasa and Power yoga, but she also likes to experiment with Ashtanga, Acro and Aerial yoga. She completed her 200hr Vinyasa Yoga TTC in Amsterdam. Marina likes to create fun and dynamic sequences, where she incorporates challenging transitions with a lot of arm balances, handstands and inversions, but also focuses on poses that build strength and improve flexibility. She believes that the flowing movement guided by the breath is a form of active mediation that brings harmony and balance to the body and brings stillness to the mind.
