Stephanie Temple, born in the Philippines and raised in Alaska dove into practicing yoga in 2011. As a 200-hr RYT and Certified Personal Trainer, Stephanie teaches her classes which combines two concepts- movement for the body and stillness for the mind. After traveling through SouthEast Asia, she learned more deeply through Vipassana meditation how to teach yoga with mindfulness. Stephanie aims to teach in a way that holds space for students to explore their own inner strength through vinyasa and restoration for the mind by channeling the power of the breath.
