you train your explosive muscle power and cardiovascular fitness level.

Hot Free-Flow Vinyasa combines yoga, dance and meditation. This yoga style is encouraging free motion and offers space for creativity. During class you will find yourself in a safe space to practice moving intuitively, while at the same time staying close to the principles of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The most essential thing is to be free of judgment and to stay open-minded. In a safe space, you can act on where your intuition is telling you to go and you will be encouraged to take that feeling with you into your daily life. The practice is accessible to everyone, whether you’re an experienced yogi or whether just starting out there’s something to gain for you. Getting in touch with your intuitive power is a liberating experience and an opportunity to explore movements that are coming from the heart.

Hot Flow Yoga is now offering a safe space for mama & baby to connect in a warm and welcoming class. Guided by experienced yoga teachers, students get a chance to meet fellow moms & babies. The class consists of a sequence of postnatal friendly poses into which the baby can be involved – on occasion and if desired. As the studio is an indoor, gently heated space (32 degrees or lower), babies can take a layer of clothing off and find their feet or even try “Happy Baby Pose”. Maybe moms can learn from their baby during class?
Class is recommended for mamas 6 weeks after giving birth or later and upon checking with respective health care provider (midwife, doctor) depending on each unique specific situation.
