In this workshop series from Earth to Waters, Fire, Air and Ether, we will take a journey into our energetic body and energy wheels (Chakras).
Through unique meditation and asana sequences, each workshop will be focusing on one specific element, its corresponding energy wheels(s) and symbols. Prepare for a beautiful practice that combines breath with movements, music,
