Hot Bro Class

Hot Yoga was originally designed to bring all that male testosterone and muscle growth into balance and give you good stretches to stay free from injuries. In this Hot Bro class, we will work on hamstrings, belly fat, upper body strength, conditioning and toning your muscles and some good stretches. So, if you want to experience male oriented yoga make sure to sign up for this class!

Yoga was originally designed to stimulate muscle growth, balance and give good stretches to stay free from injuries. Core Power

Core Power is a unique fitness for both Men and Women. It focuses on

HIIT

HIIT Yoga (warm) blends the postures of Yoga with high intensity
interval training (HIIT) to give you a funfilled and sweaty class that
builds core and full body strength while increasing your cardiovascular
capacity. This is a perfect supplement to your yoga practice – allowing
you train your explosive muscle power and cardiovascular fitness level.

Free Flow

Hot Free-Flow combines yoga, dance and meditation. This yoga style is encouraging free motion and offers space for creativity. During class you will find yourself in a safe space to practice moving intuitively, while at the same time staying close to the principles of a Vinyasa yoga practice. Mama & Baby yoga

Hot Flow Yoga is now offering a safe space for mama & baby to connect in a warm and welcoming class. Guided by experienced yoga teachers, students get a chance to meet fellow moms & babies. The class consists of a sequence of postnatal friendly poses into which the baby can be involved – on occasion and if desired. As the studio is an indoor, gently heated space (32 degrees or lower), babies can take a layer of clothing off and find their feet or even try “Happy Baby Pose”. Maybe moms can learn from their baby during class?

Class is recommended for mamas 6 weeks after giving birth or later and upon checking with respective health care provider (midwife, doctor) depending on each unique specific situation.
