In addition to her career as a designer, Samantha has practiced yoga regularly for the last 10 years. The more yoga she practiced, the more benefits she experienced from it and her love and curiosity for yoga grew. To gain further knowledge, she followed a 300-hour Vinyasa teacher-training course in Amsterdam and qualified as a yoga teacher. Initially, she had no intention of teaching, but by doing it she gradually came to realize how much she loved giving classes and sharing the enlivening and healing aspects of yoga with others. It is sometimes challenging to focus on things and to connect with one’s inner self, especially in a city like Amsterdam where there is so much going on. To deepen her own yoga experience, and that of her students, Samantha has recently completed a second teacher-training course on Yin yoga.
